Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, after saving the Repair Order detail, the Action field will be greyed-out and editing capability will not be available.

The Action field is security-controlled when set to Yes, via Orders/Update/Repair Order/ Action Field Edit. For more information refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training Manual.

In the Repair Order Detail, the following part number has the Action field available.

After saving the Repair Order detail, the Action field automatically sets to greyed-out resulting in the user being unable to alter the Action field as displayed below.

However, if the user has been granted security to alter the Action field then upon selecting the Edit Action Field button, the field automatically becomes editable.
