SHPWOROPUP - Shop W/O E/Cs and Controls not automatically populated from R/O

Shop W/O E/Cs and Controls not automatically populated from R/O

Affected Window: w_ro_order_detail_eu

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the system overrides the original functionality and Shop E/Cs and Controls tied to Repair Orders are not added to Shop Work Orders at R/O creation.

Notice the following Shop P/N E/C via the Inventory Detail, E/C tab.

Create a Shop Work Order.

Then create a Repair Order and associate it to the W/O from above.

The R/O is created for the part listed above with the P/N E/C.

Once the R/O is saved, notice that the P/N E/C has not been brought into the W/O as seen via the Engineering Control button of the W/O window.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, Shop E/Cs and Controls tied to Repair Orders are added to Shop Work Orders at R/O creation.

Notice the following Shop P/N E/C via the Inventory Detail, E/C tab.

Create a Shop Work Order.

Then create a Repair Order and associate it to the W/O from above.

The R/O is created for the part listed above with the P/N E/C.

Once the R/O is saved, notice that the P/N E/C was brought into the W/O as seen via the Engineering Control button of the W/O window.
