Service Order Receive Verify Authorization

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the system will verify that the Service Order has been authorized and not allow for access to Order Receiving when unauthorized.

eMRO_Orders_Yes

The following Service Order has been created; however, because it has not been authorized, the Order Receiving button cannot be selected.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, Service Order authorization status will not be checked and access to Order Receiving will be granted.

eMRO_Orders_No

Notice the following Service Order is unauthorized.

With the switch set to No, the system does not verify whether or not the Service Order has been authorized, and so the Order Receiving button can be selected.
