Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the system will check for Shelf Life and Tool Life Expiration and block users from conducting Repair Orders, Exchange Order Issues, Transfer Orders, One Step Transfers, and P/N N/L/A Installation and Removals.

Notice a Tool that has passed its Tool Life Expiration has been selected.

Tthe user is prevented from conducting a One Step Transfer for the component that has passed its Tool Life Expiration.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the system will not check for Shelf Life and Tool Life Expiration when conducting Repair Orders, Exchange Order Issues, Transfer Orders, One Step Transfers, and P/N N/L/A Installation and Removals.
