Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the system will not allow unauthorized Purchase Orders to be Received via Receiving/Update/Order Receiving.

The system does not allow the user to receive the Purchase Order because it has not been authorized.

Switch Set to No:

With the switch set to No, the user is able to receive the Purchase Order that has not been authorized.
