ROTATPS - Enables Easier Tracking of TAT for Repair OrdersEnables Easier Tracking of TAT for Repair Orders Affected Window: w_ro_order_detail_eu Note: This switch is part of customized functionality and is therefore not applicable for most operators. In order to utilize this functionality, operators must submit a modification log.
Switch Set to Yes: When set to Yes, the TAT for an order will be shown in the Order Query as a progress bar. The bar will be shown as a percentage according to Lead Days for the Vendor specified. Once the Repair Order has been shipped from Packing and Shipping (when TAT starts to count), the system will send an automatic email notification to the 'Issued By' of the RO and the Vendor. Also, once the agreed TAT (Vendor RO Capability TAT) has reached 100%, the system will send a warning message to both parties again (Issued By and Vendor). The following Vendor is set up with a specified number of Lead Days for a P/N. The Repair Order is created with the above Vendor and is being issued by the following user. The below email address is specified in the Repair Order Header, Vendor tab. The P/N is placed on the Repair Order. The Repair Order is shipped from the Packing and Shipping window. An email notification is sent to the Vendor by the individual who issued the Repair Order. The notification contains three attachments. One attachment is a copy of the email in PDF, one is the RO Print and the last attachment is the Proforma Invoice for the Packing and Shipping of the Repair Order. The TAT for an order will be shown in the Order Query as a progress bar. The bar will be shown as a percentage according to Lead Days for the Vendor specified. As shown, the agreed TAT (Vendor RO Capability TAT) has reached 100%. Since the agreed TAT has reached 100%, the system has sent a warning message to both parties again (Issued By and Vendor).

However, no email system notification has been sent to the 'Issued By' individual or the Vendor for the Repair Order. |
