Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, Repair Orders that have been authorized cannot be edited without accessing the Authorization Unlock button in the Repair Order Screen.

The following Repair Order has been authorized; however, its header cannot be edited unless the Authorization Unlock button is selected.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, Repair Orders that have been authorized can be edited without having to access the Authorization Unlock button in the Repair Order Screen.

The following Repair Order has been authorized and can be edited.
