Repair Order Print with Attached Documents

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, documents attached to a Repair Order via the Document Control button can printed by selecting the Print button via the Order Print or they can be viewed/emailed by selecting the Email button.

The following Repair Order has been created with an attached document.

The documents are saved to the Repair Order and the RO is released for authorization.

Upon release, the Repair Order print is displayed. Note that only the Repair Order Print is printed (1 of 1 page). The documents that were attached to the Repair Order are not included in the RO print. In order to print the attached documents, the user may select the Print button via the Order Print shown below (for a hard copy), or the user may select the E-mail button to merge the attached documents to the Repair Order print.

In this example, the user will select the E-mail button.

From the following window, select the View attachment option. Open the attachment below.

The Repair Order Print, as well as all attached documents can be emailed.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, attached documents will not be printed along with a Repair Order.
