ROWARFOC code

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the Free of Charge (FOC) checkbox will be flagged by default for Repair Orders of parts with Warranty Claims.

Note 1: The Warranty Claim checkbox can be flagged by issuing a Warranty Claim before creating the Repair Order or by selecting the checkbox manually.

Note 2: If a Warranty Claim had been issued prior to the Repair Order, the checkbox will be automatically flagged due to switch ROAUWAR.

Note 3: If checked manually, the FOC checkbox will be flagged when the user selects the Save button.

The following Repair Order has been created with this part having a Warranty Claim selected in the Optional tab.

With this part having a Warranty Claim, the FOC checkbox in the General tab is automatically flagged.

Switch Set to No:
