R/O Category Not Required if R/O Header Has Work Order

Note: This Switch works in conjunction with Orders Switch ROCATMAN, which must be set to Yes.

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the Repair Order Category field is only mandatory when the Vendor field is populated.

When the W/O field is populated and the Vendor field is blank, the Category field is not mandatory and the order header can be saved.

When the Vendor field is populated, the Category field is mandatory and must be populated before the order header can be saved.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the Category field is mandatory regardless if the Vendor or W/O field is populated.

When the W/O field is populated, the Category field is mandatory and must be populated before the order header can be saved

When the Vendor field is populated, the Category field is mandatory and must be populated before the order header can be saved.
