Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the user can manually issue an N/L/K P/N that exists under an N/H/K if the N/L/K P/N is identified with a Loan Category and the vendor code populated in the Owner field. If the N/L/K P/N's Owner field is not populated, the user will not be able to issue the N/L/K P/N.

The available kit in inventory has 3 N/L/K P/N's.

The N/L/K P/N has the Loan Category and Owner field populated.

Using the Manual Issue button the user issues the N/L/K P/N.

The system allows the user to manually issue the N/L/K P/N and generates the Manual Issue Print.

If the N/L/K P/N does not have the Loan Category and Owner field populated.

When the Manual Issue button is selected to issue the N/L/K P/N, the system prevents the user from issuing the part.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, users are not able to manually issue an N/L/K P/N that exists under an N/H/K.

Regardless if the N/L/K P/N has its Loan Category and Owner field populated, the system will prevent the user from issuing the N/L/K P/N.

This N/L/K P/N has the Loan Category and Owner field populated.

The system does not allow the user to issue the N/L/K P/N.
