Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, Return to Stock Notes are not applied to subsequent transactions for the same P/N S/N via the Inventory Detail, Transaction History tab.

From the Inventory Transaction window select the RTN Stock button.

Create a Note from the Return to Stock window and save.

From the Inventory Detail, Transaction History tab for the part, notice the RTS Note can be viewed.

Complete the accept the Receiving Inspection that was required after completing the Return to Stock.

From the Inventory Detail, Transaction History tab notice that the RTS Note has not been added to the Receiving Inspection transaction.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, Return to Stock Notes are carried over to subsequent transactions for the same P/N S/N via the Inventory Detail, Transaction History tab.

From the Inventory Transaction window select the RTN Stock button.

Create a Note from the Return to Stock window and save.

From the Inventory Detail, Transaction History tab for the part, notice the RTS Note can be viewed.

Complete the accept the Receiving Inspection that was required after completing the Return to Stock.

From the Inventory Detail, Transaction History tab notice that the RTS Note has been added to the Receiving Inspection transaction.
