P/N Control Authorization Default

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the P/N Control Authorization status entered in the Config Other field (Pending, Unknown, Acknowledge, Authorized), will default the Authorization Status of P/N Controls for all new P/N S/Ns brought into the system via Purchase Order Receiving or P/N Initial Load.

Note: This switch will only default the P/N Control Authorization Status during Purchase Order Receiving and P/N Initial Load. All other order types received will not be affected by this switch.

Once the P/N S/N has been received into the system, the P/N Control Authorization Status defaults to the status entered in the Config Other field (in this case 'Pending').
