Note: This switch does not have Yes/No functionality.

In the Config Number field of this switch, users are able to specify the amount of hours required before an SOS part can be repaired after being returned to stock. From the Inventory Query or Inventory Transaction, an informational prompt can be seen for the part once the SOS time has ended.

The following part is being brought into Inventory with an SOS Condition.

Notice upon being brought into Inventory with an SOS Condition, the SOS Time begins.

Once the SOS Time of a part has exceeded the amount of hours specified in the switch’s Config Number, a prompt appears.
