Note: Switch RTSUNKINVNO must be set to No in order for this switch's functionality to work.

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, a Questionnaire pop-up presents to warn the user to determine whether or not to return the part at zero value before submitting the transaction.

If the Yes radio button is selected and submitted, the transaction executes and the following soft warning appears but the transaction is saved.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the pop-up Questionnaire does not present to warn the user to determine whether or not to return the part at zero value before submitting the transaction.
