Repair Order Prefer Vendor By Location

PNROBYLOC1

If set to Yes, when multiple vendors are selected, when the user exits the Prefer R/O Selection Window the Vendor field in the Repair Order Window will not populate.

If set to Yes or No, and there is one preferred vendor, no selection window appears after exiting the R/O Window and the Vendor auto-populates.

If set to Yes or No, and there is no preferred vendor, the R/O vendor is NULL.

If set to No, multiple vendors are selected and there is one preferred vendor, when the user exits the R/O Window, the vendor field will auto populate.

Note: The preferred checkbox does not need to be selected for this particular functionality. All defined repair vendors will appear as required for the R/O Creation from the Inventory P/N Explorer feature. Vendors will sort in the Prefer R/O Selection Window in order of location and preferred checkbox selection.
