Note the following NHA and NLA.

The following NHA is effective to a particular aircraft.

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, if the user attempts to issue an NHA part with an NLA part that is not effective to the A/C, the system will display a hard warning and the user will not be able to continue with the transaction.

The user attempts to perform a Manual Issue.

The following hard warning appears informing the user that the NHA part has an NLA part that is not effective to the aircraft. The use is not able to complete the Manual Issue transaction.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, if the user attempts to issue an NHA part with an NLA part that is not effective to the A/C, the system will display a soft warning and the user will be able to continue with the transaction.
