Inventory

The Inventory module allows for the management of various types of Inventory within the system. Inventories are tracked from within this module from the point that inventory is received into the system. All the history of the inventories can be tracked by the Goods Receiving Batch Number (GRN) and users may view the entire life cycle of the inventory part.

Securities for Inventory can be controlled by the 3 different Inventory Types: Maintenance, General, GSE
Users will can be granted specific Inventory Transaction privileges. Inventory History can even be viewed after an inventory part has left the system.

Additional features within this module include the tracking of inventory Warranty, management of Physical Inventory, Picklist management, Bogus Part management, Initial Provision inventory as well as Inventory Optimization management for inventory levels.

The Inventory Module is the point of Issue of parts to Work Orders. For example, when a Work Order is created for an aircraft, the materials required can be reserved with warehouse reservation routing and picklists created and printed in stores. Any items that are issued from stores can be tracked on the Work Order system, allowing total cost based accounting.

Mobile inventory functions are available for picklists, issues, part query and other transactions with the use of a mobile device.
