Aircraft Actual Flight (Manual Entry) Process

The A/C Actual Flights program is used to manually input the aircraft flight times, and can be used as a way to enter additional data, such as fuel uplift or oil defect data. Some organizations will have their own operations system and flight data will be loaded from there. The A/C Actual Flights option is used if the flight data is being entered manually. The aircraft flight data is very important for the Maintenance/Engineering featured of the system to work for the reason that Maintenance and Engineers rely on flight times to calculate due items.

The following process flow is a general guide for the configuration, creation, and closing of the Aircraft Actual Flight life cycle. This life cycle may vary depending on each user and their company's customized protocols.
