Concession Registry Process

A Concession will increase the schedule limitation for a specific item, as per company and Aviation Authority requirements (i.e. a concession is a granted extension of utilization). This option will allow the user to enter concessions for Engineering Controls, P/N Controls, and Defects. Where a Concession is applied to a repetitive inspection, once the inspection has been carried out, the Concession limitation will be removed (subtracted) from the next occurrence of the inspection.

The following process flow is a general guide for the configuration, creation, and utilization of the Concession Registry life cycle. This life cycle may vary depending on each user and their company's customized protocols.
