R/O Capability Employee Rating Process

Through the R/O Capability feature, Shop part repairs can be configured so that specific authority ratings (FAA, EASA, etc.) and/or training courses must be linked to individual employees in order for said employees to be allowed to repair particular parts. Once the part is repaired, only the employees that meet these authority requirements will be allowed to generate the necessary authority's Form1 prints.

Several steps and switches must be set up in order for these requirements to be in effect. Refer to the following process flow for detailed information.
