Work Order Reservation Control Process

Following the creation of a Work Order, any materials or labor that is required for the work can be automatically reserved. The system can generate Picklists for parts and reserve labor, any of which necessary to complete the Work Order. Picklists will be generated only for the parts specified on Task Cards associated to the Work Order, and only the labor that has been specified in the planning will be reserved.

The following process flow is a general guide for the prerequisites and utilization of the Work Order Reservation Control. This life cycle may vary depending on each user and their company's customized protocols.
