Customer Creation Process

The Customer Master is used to keep information relating to customers (people the user provides service(s) to). Customer profiles must be entered in the system in order to use the options in the Customer Orders Menu or the Third Party Capability for Work Orders.

Note: If customer profiles are entered, it is mandatory to have at least one customer discount structure entered in the system. For additional information, refer to Customer Discount via the Settings Training Manual.

The following process flow is a general guide for the configuration and creation of the Customer Creation life cycle. This life cycle may vary depending on each user and their company's customized protocols.
