Inventory Transaction

Once a part has been received and inspected (if applicable), and is booked into stock, the Inventory Transaction option is used to manage the activity of the part. Managing the inventory is accomplished with the buttons that appear on the Inventory Header and Inventory Detail.

The Inventory Transaction program offers a variety of possibilities to manage and administer the inventory stock.

The information in this window can be displayed in various ways. For more information, refer to the Inventory Transaction Views.

Upon selecting into the record, the Inventory Transaction Detail appears.

This update window is also available in query mode where users can view the records provided in this window but cannot create new records or edit existing data. Refer to this module's Query menu.
