Picklist Supervisor

The Picklist Creation Supervisor program has all the same functions as the Picklist Creation program except that is used by supervisors who can see all picklists created by all users. A supervisor can also open and modify the picklists created by any user through the Select button, thus making the Picklist Creation Detail appear.

If one user attempts to view/edit a Picklist record that is currently being viewed/edited by another user, the following warning will prevent the second user from proceeding. This also applies to the Picklist Supervisor window.

From the Picklist Creation, Informational tab, the In Use checkbox indicates that the Picklist is currently 'In Use'. When the Picklist is marked as 'In Use', the user who has the Picklist locked will be listed to the right of the checkbox. The Unlock Picklist but_unlock (small) button from the Informational tab is also available when the Picklist is in use. These features are also available in the Picklist Supervisor, Informational tab.
