Task Card Authorization Revision

Affected Window: w_task_card_eu

Note: This Switch must be set to Yes in order to utilize the Engineering Switch TCVIAREV.

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, newly created or revised Task Cards will require authorization and will be placed in the Task Card Authorization queue.

eMRO_Engineering_Yes

The following Task Card has been created.

With the switch set to Yes, notice the Task Card is available in the Task Card Authorization Management window, thus allowing it to be released for authorization.

The Task Card cannot be attached to a Work Order until it has been authorized.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, newly created or revised Task Cards will not require authorization and will not be placed in the Task Card Authorization queue.

The following Task Card has been created.

With the switch set to No, notice the Task Card is not available in the Task Card Authorization Management window, thus indicating that it does not require authorization.
