E/C Authorization
Affected Window: w_engineering_eu
Switch Set to Yes:
When set to Yes, the system requires authorization for all E/Cs when initially created or revised.
After creating an E/C and releasing for authorization, in the Engineering Authorization Management window, notice the 
icon next to the E/C title that indicates that the E/C requires authorization.
Switch Set to No:
When set to No, the system will not require authorization when creating new E/Cs.
After creating an E/C, notice that it does not appear in the Engineering Authorization Management window because authorization is not required.
