Cannot Release Task Cards in Hold Status For Authorization

Affected Window: w_task_card_eu_revision

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, users are NOT allowed to release Task Cards for authorization that are in 'Hold' Status from the Task Card Authorization window.

Notice that the following Task Card is in 'Hold' Status via the Engineering/Update/Task Card Authorization Management window. When the Release for Authorization button in selected, the following error message appears. Users are prevented from continuing.

When the Task Card Status is anything other than 'Hold', users can release it for authorization.
