Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the Expenditure field in the Engineering Control, Other tab is mandatory when creating an Engineering Control.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the Expenditure field in the Engineering Control, Other tab is not mandatory when creating an Engineering Control.
