Automatically Update Actual Hours/Cycles on P/N S/Ns Effective to P/N E/C

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the system will automatically update the Actual Hours and Cycles on all P/N S/Ns that are effective to a newly created/added P/N E/C.

Note: When setting this switch to Yes for the first time, it is necessary to request a conversion script to add any PN/TM/ADJ transactions entered after the last removal. For more information contact eMRO Product Support.

The following P/N S/N exists, is installed on an A/C, and has times accrued.

A new P/N E/C is created and set up with effectivity to the P/N above.

The P/N E/C Actuals for the P/N S/N are automatically updated accordingly to the previous installation.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the system will not automatically update the Actual Hours and Cycles on P/N S/Ns that are effective to a newly created/added P/N E/C.

The following P/N S/N exists, is installed on an A/C, and has times accrued.

A new P/N E/C is created and set up with effectivity to the P/N above.

The P/N E/C Actuals for the existing P/N S/N are not updated with previous times.
