A/C Actual Flights (Flight Entry)

Aircraft flight data is very important for the Maintenance/Engineering features of the system to work properly. Maintenance and Engineering departments rely on actual flight times and data to calculate due items. The A/C Actual Flights option is used by the system if the flight data is being entered manually. The actual flight data essentially drives the system's Planning features.

The A/C Actual Flights window is used to input actual aircraft flight times, and can be used as a way to enter additional data such as fuel uplift or oil defect data.

The A/C Actual Flights program is security controlled via the Security Explorer/ Technical Records/ Update/ A/C Actual Flights. For additional information, refer to the Security Explorer section via the System Administration Training Manual.

Additional information for the utilization of this window must be noted if the Flight Date is Less Than A/C In Service Date.

This update window is also available in query mode where users can view the records provided in this window but cannot create new records or edit existing data. Refer to this module's Query menu.

To view a specific flight at the top of the window, select it from the list at the bottom of the window.
