Flight Date is Less Than A/C In Service Date

If the date for the flight is before the aircraft service date as recorded in Settings / Update / Aircraft.

If the flight is earlier than the number of days set in the system configuration (Flight Edit Warning For Arrival and Departure and Days Control). This could be set to less than 365 to prevent users entering flights for more than one year ago (by error), or for less than 30 to prevent last months' data being entered.

If the Off-blocks time is greater than the take-off time (possible where a flight goes over midnight).

If the take off time is greater than the landing time (possible where a flight goes over midnight).

If the landing time is greater than the blocks time (possible where a flight goes over midnight).

It is possible to enter other aircraft data such as Engine Oil uplift using the A/C Units Tab, depending on what configuration is set against each individual aircraft. This data must be entered with the flight times. It cannot be entered separately.

Separate query and prints can be used to view/print the information.
