Attaching, Viewing, and Downloading Videos -Users can attach, view, and download videos via the attachment button.

The Columns button appears throughout the system and is used to select which columns will appear in the main window's search result/table section. Selecting the button will display a selection drop down of available columns in that section. Selecting/De-Selecting a checkbox will display/hide the column respectively.

Dashboard Option Button Security - New Jasper Report Prints can be displayed in the Dashboard window via the Dashboard Options button. These prints are security controlled via the Security Explorer and will only appear in the options menu when the user has security access and the Show on Dashboard checkbox has been selected in the Upload Custom Print window. For more information regarding the Show on Dashboard checkbox, please see eMRO Upload Custom Print, via the Settings/Update Menu module.

Export as Excel Button, via Standard Buttons

When the Export as Excel button is selected, the system will send the document to the Print Queue instead of automatically downloading it to an Excel file.

Note: The Export as Excel functionality is security controlled system-wide in the Security Explorer via System Administration/ Update/ Logged in Session/ Excel Export Functionality. For more information, refer to the Security Explorer in the Training Manual.

Filter/Sort Button, via Standard Buttons

The Filter/Sort button appears throughout the system and is used to alter the search criteria for records associated with the associated module and window. Selecting the button will display the different Filter/Sort options available to users.

Add new Filter/Sort, via the Filter/Sort Button

The Add New Filter/Sort button allows users to create new filters/sorting options that can be used in the host window. Selecting this button will display the Add New Filter Criteria pop up window.

The Show Filter/Sort List button allows users to view, select, and delete available filters/sorting options in the system. Selecting this button will display the Filter Criteria List pop up.

The Clear/Filter Sort button removes the applied filter from the host window.

Upload Custom Print Security - The Show On Dashboard checkbox allows users to view the custom print in the Dashboard Window. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has been made available for the eMRO platform. With MFA activated, the user will need to enter a six-digit code when logging in that is accessed through the Microsoft Authenticator App.

TraxDoc Change Report Button, via TraxDoc Progress Queue
|

The TraxDoc Change Report button is used to view the recent changes made to the tasks of the applicable TraxDoc record via the prompted Change Report window. To select this button, users must navigate to the Generate/Update Data Processes section of the Traxdoc Progress window. This button is only available for TraxDoc records with a previous revision who have had changes made to their associated task(s) via a new revision and then generated/updated their data via the Generate/Update Data button.
