Company - The following functionality was added to this field: For the MEL and MELCU Doctypes, the Company selection in the TraxDoc Detail, General tab cannot be set to 'ALL', but must instead be set to a specific Company. The Company should be set to the same Company as the Aircraft that will be assigned to the TraxDoc through the Effectivity button.

Parent TraxDoc - The original TraxDoc number created. The Parent TraxDoc number can be used to search for all child TraxDoc records with the same parent record.

Note: The Print with Parent checkbox is only apparent, when a TraxDoc Parent exists for the record.

Print with Parent checkbox - When the Print with Parent checkbox is selected, the print job for the TraxDoc record will print with the Parent TraxDoc record.

Note: Skill match is enabled for data generated through this import. Task Cards generated via this import will have the mechanic skill set as default and their inspector skills pulled from the associated profile skill.

Create Revision of T/Cs and E/Cs as Pending checkbox - When this checkbox is selected, imported T/Cs and E/Cs will be created as pending.

Users can use the Boeing MEL (BMEL) Doctype to create and/or import MELs associated with Boeing aircraft.

COMERAVAILCOUNTER

When set to Yes, 'Commercially Available' parts imported from an AMM will be titled with a sequential number to ensure a unique P/N name. These parts will be named: 'COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE-[seq #]'. The Description of the P/N will be the true description of the part.

Note: This functionality is only applicable for Embraer AMM loads. It is an Embraer convention to use the P/N definition 'Commercially Available' to define a wide range of general parts, consumables, and/or tooling items needed for tasks under its AMM Part II.

When set to No, 'Commercially Available' parts imported from an AMM will not be titled with a sequential number.

TXDINFOCHGREP

If set to Yes, the system will generate a downloadable ".xlsx" change report upon completion of a TraxDoc data update and/or generation. The change report will detail the A/C Type Series and Traxdoc Revision number.

If set to No, the system will NOT generate a change report.
