Employee

The Employee option is used to record details on employees in the company. The following pages show the different tabs available in the Employee Master that can manage employee information. Employee information is also used for other options such as recording Employees on Aircraft Defect Logs and the updating of: Task Cards, Work Order, etc. It is mandatory to create an employee entry in order to set up a security ID and Authorization Levels on the system.

Note: All employee Personal Identification Information (PII) is encrypted throughout the system to ensure this sensitive information remains secure.

Note: When switch DATAPROTEC is set to Yes, all tabs in the Employee Master will be available. For more information, refer to switch DATAPROTEC in the System Administration Training Manual.

This update window is also available in query mode where users can view the records provided in this window but cannot create new records or edit existing data. Refer to this module's Query menu.
