Skill

The Skill Master allows users to set up skills for work that requires skilled labor (E.g., mechanics, technicians, inspectors, etc.). Skills are used in the system to identify the type of skilled labor that an employee can perform. With this option, users can set up Cost and Sell Rates for each Skill. These rates are then used to calculate the Actual Costs of skilled labor. A System Transaction Code for a Skill can be created using internal or industry-recognized codes, as these are not hardcoded in the system. The areas that use skills include but are not limited to Task Cards, Work Orders, and Training.
