Customer

The Customer Master is used to keep information relating to customers (people you provide service(s) to). Customer profiles must be entered into the system in order to use the options in the Customer Orders Menu or the Third Party Capability for Work Orders.

Note: If customer profiles are entered, it is mandatory to have at least one customer discount structure entered in the system. For additional information, refer to Customer Discount via the Settings Training Manual.

This update window is also available in query mode where users can view the records provided in this window but cannot create new records or edit existing data. Refer to this module's Query menu.
