Employee Master, Addition Info Tab

The Addition Info Tab contains contact mailing information.

Note: This tab is security controlled via Settings/ Update/ Employee/ Employee Addition Info Tab. For more information refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training Manual.

Note: Sensitive data will appear encrypted in the system.

Note: All employee Personal Identification Information (PII) is encrypted throughout the system to ensure this sensitive information remains secure.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Phone

Contact's telephone number.

Cellular

The cellular number for the contact.

E-mail

Contact electronic mail address.

Main Contact

Main contact at the organization. The reference that would be handling any sort of delivered mail on behalf of the employee. This field may be the Employee's name or their supervisor, office receptionist, etc.
