Employee Master, Medical Tab
The Medical tab is used to record any medical testing scores related to the employee.

Note: When switch DATAPROTEC is set to Yes, all tabs in the Employee Master will be available. For more information, refer to switch DATAPROTEC in the System Administration Training Manual.
Note: All employee Personal Identification Information (PII) is encrypted throughout the system to ensure this sensitive information remains secure.
The following information/options are available in this window: _____________________________________________________________________________________
Medical
The medical procedure/test that is being recorded.
Status (radio button)
The status of the test (pass/fail).
Date
The date of the result.
Medical Due
The date of the medical procedure/test.

The user may add or remove as many records as desired by clicking on the New and/or Delete buttons.
Additional functionality is available in this tab through the Notes and Attachment buttons.
