Print Document Control Attachments

Affected Window: w_mainframe

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, all of the Document Control attachments will be printed when the Print button is selected.

Note: This only works for certain windows in the system.

Go to the Document Control button via any module within the system. Attach a document(s) and be sure the print checkbox is selected. Save the attachment and select the Print checkbox.

Confirmed that all attachments were printed.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the Document Control attachments will not be printed when the Print button is selected.

Note: This only works for certain windows in the system. For example, documents that are attached to an Order cannot be printed via the Print button. The attached documents first have to be merged to the Order Print via the Email button. For additional information, refer to switch ROADDDOC via the Orders Switches Manual.
