DROPLIMIT - Number of Records in Drop Down Windows

Number of Records in Drop Down Windows

Note: This switch does not have Yes/No functionality.

This switch allows users to specify the amount of records listed all drop-down fields system wide. Enter the limit of results in the Config Number field. In order to view functionality changes made to the switch, a new session must be started.

The following P/N drop-down field from the P/N Master window is used. However, this functionality is available for all system wide drop-down fields. When the user selects into the drop-down field, notice that no more records are displayed than in the switch's Config Number field.

Note: This limitation from the Config Number field only limits the amount of records displayed. All available records can be searched for by typing in the record manually.

Now the Config Number limit is changed.

When the P/N drop-down is selected, notice that no more than the changed amount of records are displayed.

Note: To view this change, a new session must be opened.
