Execute Batch File Using OS Shellexecute Command in PDF Merge

Note: This switch does not directly affect the system. It is used to work around the Windows Operating system that does not work with the Winexec command to merge PDFs.

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the OS Shellexecute Command will be used to run merge batch files. This can be used in Win Server 2003, Win Server 2008, etc.
