Switch Set to Yes: When set to Yes, print job data for Work Pack Prints will be sent to the Job Printer Manager print queue window. From the Config Other field, users must enter the path to the shared directory where all Work Pack Print PDFs will be stored. Note: This switch must be set to Yes in order to connect to the Work Pack Print External Server functionality. From the Workpack Print window, notice that the Send to Queue Once requested, the following prompt comes up. Notice the unique ID number assigned to each job. The print job's details can be seen from the System Administration/ Update/ Job Printer Manager queue window. All Work Pack Print jobs are listed from this window, including the current status. For more information on this window refer to the Job Printer Manager via the System Administration Training Manual.
Switch Set to No: When set to No, print job data for Work Pack Prints will not be sent to the Job Printer Manager print queue window. Notice that the Send to Queue button is not available from the Workpack Print window. |
