Default path to External Document Management System program

Affected Window: w_document_control_eu

Switch Setup:

The Config Other field must be populated with the external program to be used to open the specified file.

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the system will run the program with the specified parameters.

The New DocEXE button appears in the Document Control window. Select the New DocEXE button.

The system allows the user to input an .exe. Select 'OK.'

The specified path is populated and the Parameters tab appears. Select the Parameters tab.

In the Parameters tab, set the parameters to pass to the .exe file. Select the Save button.

In the Document Control, General tab, select the .exe attachment.

The system runs the program with the specified parameters.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the system will not run the program with the specified parameters.
