Allow Notes Override/ Modification By All Other Users

Affected window: w_note_pad_eu

 

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, anyone can modify a note that has been created in the system regardless of the creator of the note.

eMRO_SystemAdministration_Yes

The following note is created by the following User.

Another User has access to the Purchase Order and note created.

The second User is able to edit the note as shown below.

 

Switch set to No:

When set to No, only the creator of the note can modify it.

eMRO_SystemAdministration_No

The following note is created by the following User.

Another User has view only access to the note and cannot edit it.

 

Additional Functionality:

When set to No, and the user does not have security access to the Notes eMRO_but_Note_Main button, the user will not have access to the Delete button for a note created by another user.

Note: This functionality is universal throughout the system where ever the Notes option is available.

The following note was created by the following User.

Another User does not have security access to the Notes eMRO_but_Note_Main button.

The second User does not have access to the Delete button.
