Users can use the INDEXHTML Doctype to upload, export, and process PDF HTML Manuals to be viewed via the Aerodox IOS application. For more information regarding Aerodox, refer to the Aerodox Manual.

Uploading and Exporting Process:

Create a TraxDoc and ensure that the Document No matches the desired manual's folder name an .ZIP extension.

Specify the SGML/XML Doctype in the TraxDoc Document Detail, Optional Tab.

Note: When setting up the TraxDoc, ensure that A/C Effectivity is properly assigned to result in a successful load and/or import. For more information refer to the Effectivity button.

Additionally, ensure that the Aerodox Flag checkbox is selected.

Once the TraxDoc is authorized, the system will automatically export the HTML Manual to Aerodox. Users can manually export the manual via the Aerodox Export button.

Note: In order for the HTML Manuals to be properly exported, the zipped files must be sideloaded or placed in a S3 bucket location.

The following pop up is displayed when the Aerodox Export button is selected. Select Yes to export the HTML Manual once more.

In the Aerodox application, the HTML Manual is available.

Selecting the HTML Manual will display its content.
