TraxDoc Master

TraxDoc Master is used to enter documents into TraxDoc. A TraxDoc Master Document is created first and then files are added to it electronically.

The TraxDoc Master provides several methods for entering files into the system, such as Manufacturer SGML Data File Imports (such as SB, AMM, IPC, and etc) File Selection, Print Capture, and Scanning. Regardless of the method that is chosen, the entered files can be converted to .PDF and stored in TraxDoc. The original file (before .PDF conversion) will also be stored in the system so that it can be revised later if required.

From this window, new or existing records are accessed in the TraxDoc Document Detail.

 Additional information and functionality is found through the following:

• Security to Current Revisions

This update window is also available in query mode where users can view the records provided in this window but cannot create new records or edit existing data. Refer to this module's Query menu.
