Enables Task Priority Functionality

Affected Window: w_interactive_planner_sel

Switch Set to Yes

When set to Yes, the Task Priority button will be available within the Interactive Planner.

Once selected, users can set customized days for the Priorities currently planned via the Interactive Planner.

When set to No, the Task Priority button will not be available.
