Switch Set to Yes:
When set to Yes, the Planning Dept and Planning Sub Dept fields become mandatory in the following windows: P/N Control, Engineering Control/ Other tab, Defect Report/ Defer tab.
The following P/N Control is created; the Planning Dept and Planning Sub Dept fields are mandatory.
The following Engineering Control is created; the Planning Dept and Planning Sub Dept fields are mandatory.
The following Defect Report is created; the Planning Dept and Planning Sub Dept fields are mandatory.
Switch Set to No:
When set to No, the Planning Dept and Planning Sub Dept fields are not mandatory in the P/N Control, Engineering Control/ Other tab, or Defect Report/ Defer tab.
The following P/N Control is created; the Planning Dept and Planning Sub Dept fields are not mandatory.
The following Engineering Control is created; the Planning Dept and Planning Sub Dept fields are not mandatory.
The following Defect Report is created; the Planning Dept and Planning Sub Dept fields are not mandatory.
