Planning Transactions Sequence Number can only be changed by the Application

This switch is usually set at implementation and allows the Planner to designate unique sequential job numbers for Planning queries so that jobs that are run at the same time do not end up mixing data. These sequential job numbers are established and based upon the Config Number field of the switch.
